When you say reset PCM, did you do a handover reset? I'd be almost certain that is a software glitch but if it were me, I would pull the PCM out, unplug it, clean the connections, and then after you put it all back perform a handover reset.
Thanks for all the helpful comments. I was able to fix the issue earlier this morning. I found another thread on a similar issue, turns out the ribbon cable from the pcm to the display was not locked in after my CarPlay mod. Problem solved!

I have the exact same issue that popped up on my Cayenne S this morning, installed the iSudar CarPlay kit, and while driving the display shifted exactly as in the photo you posted. I ordered new ribbon cables from AliExpress and will try and install those new ones when they come in. 4th time is the charm I suppose
Folks - I have the same problem - but the Apple CarPlay screen was perfectly fine in the center.
Was it just the PCM screens (and Porsche logo on Boot) ? I've been searching for this for the last hour or so - I just installed today!

yes, it would be the cables then. The Apple CarPlay screen will look centered but check if there’s a slight shift to the right or left (the curvature of the interface will give it away). The Porsche Logo and the PCM screen shift will be definitely more obvious. You will certainly have to reopen and reseat those cables.
The UI change is on PCM side, not really simple thing to do, have to recompile the UI do change the whole layout, check my post for the detailed project that I have been working on in past two years
Sorry for the post rehash. I have the same problem as the original poster only with a twist. My screen is panning right but RESOLVES ITSELF after about 30 minutes! Similar situation as others with a JoyeAuto CarPlay aftermarket install. Happy to check on ribbons but kinda weird that it fixes itself after 30 mins?

30 minutes is enough for it to warm up, metals to expand, and connections to be made slightly more secure.
Shot in the dark, but that'd be my first assumption. Loose cabling.
