I have a .1 and keep going back and forth as I dont have the sport desgin front bumper cover. a 50/50 split of indicating the soprt design front bumper is needed if you install the ducktail. Not sure if I have the appetitie to do both as I really only have in interest in the tail. Anyone reviews on the ducktail and no sport front bumper?

I ran one without the sport design bumper with no issues. I did put on the sport front lip which is more aggressive and like $200 from suncoast and never had any handling issues. Maybe if you are pushing the limits on a track it makes a difference but normal driving should be fine.

Excellent, thanks. Aleready have the more agressive lip.

Default spoiler

I spoke with Suncoast today and they told me that this spoiler is not Porsche approved and had no information on any effects it might have good or bad. It looks like a very minor aesthetic appearance more than a functional one. Moshammer has a similar one but it does not have the smooth lines as the Suncoast one has. Does Porsche offer a sport design areo kit for the .2 . I have been searching but with no luck. I'm really only interested in the spoiler and not a whole kit. There does not seem to be any information on the air flow effect of a mini spoiler ( offered by Suncoast ) on the .2 cars. Any response will be welcomed.

Hi, Will you post a pic of your .2 . I am also interested in a mini tail for my .2. Question , has the tail caused any air flow problems with your turbos ? Like any increase in temperature ?

Yes it was a factory option but only with the sport design front bumper. It’s nice that suncoast sells the rear-honestly you will notice no impact just going with the rear unless you are well into the triple digits for a good while.

There is a picture of the actual part and the part number.

The factory 991.1 ducks are akin to a Sport Classic "Lite". Cool, IMHO is it can be found as an S4, w manual trans and NA. Really dang rare! At +/- 3200lbs and 400hp makes this a super fun car to drive.
