Maybe I notice it more because mine is white.. but anyone else (even when driving once after a wash) find 10x more dust and road crap on the back of the car vs the rest? I'm thinking the air turbulence under the ducktail is doing it?
When I originally ordered it through suncoast, it was on back order until what seemed to be forever and I had a paint issue I needed to remedy on the spoiler. I went with the VR Racing version and did a compare of the VR vs the factory aero version as fate would have it, mine was in better unpainted condition and shape than the factory one as he was doing two of them here in austin. Overall - very happy with the fitment and work! Now its just being programmed to not have the aero activate!
Came across this site that has ducktail and aero kits in stock. An OEM style ducktail, painted, for $1900 isn't bad.. They even have a carbon one for $3k. I have no experience with them, but I know some have been having issues getting them.
Hi, I am very conservative and like the low profile look of that ducktail. Can you tell if it has any effect on the air going into cool the engine or turbos ? Secondly do you know if that is the ducktail advertised by Suncoast parts ? Thank You.

No ducktail for the 991.2, only for the 991.1, for the cooling reasons you mentioned with the turbos.
Suncoast is the official OEM part, those look like aftermarket because of the "oem STYLE" in the description.

As noted- I'm waiting for a version usable on the .2 as I'd like it on my T. A friend of mine has a T with the factory aero kit and the cover has a slight lip on it which I'd never seen before in person. Nice but but definitely not a ducktail. Should have taken a picture of it.
Don't know what is taking the aftermarket so long to get that part for the dot 2's. Must be very particular concerning the cooling issues.

Right. The .2 Sport Design package is no ducktail like the .1
