Default Remove broken valve stem?

So last night I turned a corner and my left rear tire hit some sort of a part it looks like its from an electrical box it sliced into the tire and immediately lost all pressure, I was about two miles from home. So in the darkness I was trying to fill the tire with slime just to get some air in it to limp home. I removed the valve stem valve to do so and when I inserted in and tried to tighten it the two little tabs that the valve stem valve the tool connects to broke off.
I limped home going very slowly on the uninflated tire.

Got the car up on jacks this morning and removed the tire, I removed the part stuck in the tire, it was huge, of course the tire is trash. I have extra valve stems but I cannot remove the valve stem since the two little tabs broke off of it...

I'll buy a new valve stem of course if I cant get the valve out, but was wondering it anyone had any ides how to take out the valve with the tabs being broke.

Ideas?

Thank you in advance.

Hey!, I should have been clearer, its not the stem itself its the valve inside the stem, the two tabs that the valve removal tool connect to broke off the valve inside the stem is the valve unremovable due to that... the stem itself is fine its the valve, I should have made it clearer in the title.

You dont happen to have a tire Machine do you?.... lol

I got it now-the valve insert itself. I don’t have a machine but feel free to text me and we will figure it out. Have you tried to see if a thin needle nose can grab it?

The Core inside the stem is called a Schrader valve. Very simple and ingenious invention that was invented 100 yrs ago. Still used today.

I'm confused - did your Schroeder valve core break somehow, or was it the tool (often just the end of a metal valve cap) used to remove the valve core that the 2 little tabs broke off from?

Ah! I think you will have to replace the entire valve stem. I don't know how you could get the core out if those tabs are missing.
