Default Disable Windows Up After Cabriolet top down?

I don’t like that my windows automatically start rolling up as soon as the cabriolet top is down. Is there any way to disable this “feature”? Or is there some trick I’m missing? 2013 c2s.

You beat me to it! There are about 10 things you can control with the SmartTop module for Cabs & Targas such as the window positions when opening and closing, radio off when starting (I like that) and everyone's favorite: operating the top with your fob!

Another vote for this device. It's absolutely fantastic.

+1

I think 3 people that saw mine at the Rennsport Dragon Rally 2 weeks ago are ordering them. It ought to come this way from the factory.

I have seen before, but wasn’t sure the cost justified the benefit. I just ordered a Durametric for oil changes and service light resets - I wish there was a tool that serves both functions.

SmartTop was the best modification I made for my GTS cab. Total game changer.

Are you sure you don't already have the Smarttop? Did you buy it used? I ask because I am pretty sure the factory default is windows down, not up. But if someone installed the Smarttop they could have programmed it for windows up.

Sorry but you’re wrong. After the top is down, windows will go up.

But you can clearly hear a "clic" in between. So you just have to release the button (before windows go up).
