definitely take it to an upholsterer. you'd be amazed what those guys can do.

Sad, finally went to an upholstery shop. Said they don't recommend restitching it, just to trim and glue down.

Just as many of said (including my wife) but at least you know...give it a shot! Or get a Black fabric paint pen and make the whole thing Black, on both seats, for a subtle look.

take it to dealer, similar thing happened with my steering wheel on my jag where the thread came undone, they replaced the wheel, then my seat when I snagged some snitching. My buddy with an m4 has a lot of bolster wear on his red leather seat and the stitching was a little loose, so he pulled on it a little and took it to the dealer and they no questions asked replaced the seat.
