Bought my late production CPO ‘17 C4S, which is almost identically equipped with the exception of Power Steering Plus and was listed at $108k in January of ‘19, for $98k when they couldn’t keep these on the lots in DFW. The car had 12k miles and was about a year and half old, so very close to your situation except the market for these cars was better and the 992s hadn’t come out yet. I agree that if you like the car, the money (within reason) shouldn’t matter but I would negotiate more and try to get CPO.

blraider97, what is a reasonable offer I should try? This was a younger female who drove the car and it is in spectacular condition. It was a lease and all maintenance on point. Basically new condition other than the 10,100 miles....

Looks like a 2017. MSRP is almost the same as well. Not crazy about the GTS. More of a harsh ride and don't like the Alcatera. But to each their own....

Definitely negotiate CPO. I’d never buy used without CPO. The couple extra thousand they tack on is worth the 2 years extra peace of mind. At 10k+ miles, you could be only about 5k miles from new rear tires at least. Maybe fronts too. Your dealer might not want to CPO it because it may need new tires under the CPO rules. All the more reason to get it CPO’d.

Haha, that's funny ... $60K in depreciation after only 1 year and 10K miles... I'd say you're "just a bit" off on that price there friend.
To me the car looks like a great deal at $109K ... But then maybe the Bay Area market is not in firesale mode like some other markets in the country.

I would just want to know the history... if it was a press car, demo car that would be a bit of a red flag for me... if it was a single owner car, and he traded it in, or just got bored, that is a totally different story.
