Hello, I recently purchased a 2019 Carrera T in GT Silver. I love the car but have one insignificant yet bothersome issue on Carrera T's seats and headrests.
All of the picture of the Carrera T headrests online have the "911" embroidery on them. For some reason, My T does not have the "911" on the headrest. The seats are black leather with center Sport-Tex with adaptive 18 way setting.
I have not seen another picture of Carrera T without the "911" embroidery on the seat headrest except for mine. Dealer says that the seats are upgraded leather seats and that's the reason for the absence of "911."
Just wondering if any of the T owners out there with headrests without the "911" written on them. I'm not doubting the authenticity of the car but I'm curious to see if there are other T's out there without the "911" on the seat's headrest.

do you have deviated stitching on them? i think that upgrade option deletes the 911 embroidery

Not having the 911 on the headrest is much preferred. I have not seen any cars without it. Consider your seats special. If it's a result of an option combo it's no less cool.

I agree - if would prefer to not have anything on the headrest at all, including the crest. You have the best seats IMO as well so consider yourself lucky, and I am positive you have a real T. However, you can run the VIN# to put your doubts to bed.

By the way, welcome to the forum and post some pics!

My T does not have "911" on the headrests either. I have full leather seats (ie not Sportex) with heat and ventilation.

If you put your VIN into vinanalytics.com you can see what the options were.

There were several layers to how the interiors could be configured.

-Base: Sport Tex centers in black. Black door pulls. Black stitching. No headrest logo. All stitching black. Vinyl dash. This can be combined with other options such as deviated seat belts, stitching, leather, etc. I have seen some of these cars with the logo in the seats in black. And some without it at all. Depends on options. I think there were some alcantara options as well.

-Carrera T interior package: Adds colored door pulls, stitching, sport tex T fabric striped seats, head rest logo in color, seat belts in color, etc.

-Full leather option on top of Carrera T package: Adds a lot more leather. Keeps the T interior details and centers. Stitching, etc. Dashboard stitching. Door panels. Rear panels.

I believe all the T's w/ 4 way seats have the 911 logo stitched in, regardless of the interior options.

As far as I know that is correct, but the stitching was in black. Certain options I think over rode this and deleted the logo.

Similar to the dash cluster. If you ordered something other than the normal black gauges, you lost the "carrera T" logo on the cluster.

you have the black LED, much more important than 911 on your headrest 👍🏻

The only T's I have seen without the 911 logo were those ordered with cooled seats..(or the advanced package which includes cooled seats)
