My unbiased take 🤪: the targa is a newer car, it looks better and you will get frustrated with the power of the turbo on normal city roads, and it will also keep its value better. The targa has more body flex than the turbo, but overall with a targa you are getting a coupe and a convertible in one. Will the roof mechanism cost money in the long term? dunno, possibly. But the car you are talking about is practically brand new, so you get some piece of mind there. The last plus: Everyone looooves the look of the targa, the turbo just looks like a 911 with wings.

 

I'd take a manual targa over a TT any day - but if both are PDK, I'd take the TT for the same cost.

 

I will go for any but my preference will be the Turbo.
