You can get a Taycan built to your specs anytime in the future. You're not going to be able to get a 991.2 Target the way you want it. I'd sell the 997, get the Targa, and get a Model 3 in place of the Model S.
100% : I feel that not everyday will find a Targa perfect for me. Chances of me building a Targa to spec are Zero, I like the initial depreciation on a perfectly spaced Targa for me.
Taycan: hard to fight the temptation of newest toy on the block. But we know, Audi batteries will be replaced with solid state batteries, and it is true I can configure a taycan anytime I want in the future ...
it is very likely that I let go of the 997.2 ... ( will be hard ) ... and simply extend the model s for a year ... or simply return it.
for reference, since the pandemic: the Tesla been sitting out collecting pollen while I drive the 993 and 997.2 .... for me as a corporate executive this will continue well into December. So no rush on a sedan.
