Just polish the black hinge... That's what I did and the creaking sound went away.

Mine creak. I have a 2016 GTS with 20k miles and it sounds like an old chevy! Thinking about getting the new parts from Suncoast to fix it. The CPO warranty will only get you some lube.

B.Kish nailed it. This part should resolve the door open/close sound and feel. I do recall reading that it is can a pain in the rear end to install.
