If your shop only sold you the wheel , you will need to transplant the airbag , Center trim & oem paddles.

So I went thru a friend and placed an order

It will be just like the one I had in my Boxster. 2x2 black CF, Bordeaux red leather, flat bottom, red strip on top

just have to wait 4 to 5 weeks

Post pics once done. 4-5 weeks is fast, I waited 5-6 months for mine cuz I wanted it to be perfect.

I even added leather on the wheel back assembly.

hey that looks great

The wheel for my Boxster took 7 weeks, I'm hoping this one comes in 4 weeks

I just want to add a little CF to this car, not a lot like I did with the Boxster

The 911 has the silver trim even on the doors, Silver gauge ring completed that look

looking great though. Mine came with the internals , I’m guessing you will need to transplant everything from your oem wheel? How hard is it to do that?

Yes I'll need to transplant everything from my oem wheel, as trimming in exact color trim wasn't available at time. Plus it keeps the cost down

I did it to my Boxster from what I could remember about 1hr to swap

One of these will be for sale, I have another one coming in 4 to 5 weeks.

Good to have close friends

Looks like a fun project.

i would keep the black with red stitching unless you have red leather seats.
