Well lucky today,
Just pulled the fans, and the top of the airbox, was able to just reach in and grab the cap.

Rear bumper cover removal is a pretty quick job once you've done it a time or two.

Maybe try the "As seen on TV" Lint Lizard? If you don't have one, you can use it for this, and future cleanings of your dryer's internal venting.

I think they sell them at Walmart (I hate that place).

Just as important, why did your screen just rotate to let the cap fall. Sounds like the screen wasn't installed correctly.

If you look at how the screen just “lays” in there you will see how this is possible.

A small explosion possible and would have probably taken out only that side of the garage.
