I tried that it did not work. I kept hearing the latch clicking but it was not able to open the frunk.

Yes, the cable got it open. However, it seems the battery might be bad. I tried to jump start it and the interior lights turn on a bit and the other just clicks. I am not sure if it's the battery or the alternator.

If you've got a fully powered jump source, then everything should be working even if the Porsche battery is toast. Sounds like a bad/loose connection. Remove both connections and make sure everything's clean, reconnect tightly and try again. If you've still got power issues while connected to your jumping source (running car?) then it sounds like a grounding issue.

Oh, when you're jumping the car you're connecting the negative from your jumping source to a grounding point on the Porsche, not the negative terminal of the suspected dead battery right?

Hmm. You’ve tried two battery sources, and each one resulted in failure. I wonder if something is shorting out? Or bad connection. It’s possible the bad battery does have an internal short I guess.

If you know your battery is going, lock yourself in the frunk, there’s a t-handle that will open it.

I don't have anything loose since. I never removed any electrical wires not even from the battery. I am using a jump starter device to start the car. When I try to jump start I am connecting to the negative terminal of the battery not the negative post. I tried both way and the car sounds the same when I try to start it.

Negative from your boost pack should be connected to bare metal in the frunk area, not the negative battery terminal. Try that and see if it makes a difference

I just did this and when I jumped the power in the fuse panel the button inside the car wouldn't work to pop the trunk but the key did for some reason.
