Can anyone confirm how many of these brake pad spring clips I need to do both calipers on a front brake job on my 991.2, two clips (per below) or four clips (two sets of two)?
I have that wrench. Takes a little finesse. Just don’t get in a hurry with it and blow past your torque setting. The pre-alarm letting you know you’re getting close helps.
And of course, you don’t need to release the tension after you’re done with it.
Only thing I might have wished it had was a flex head.

You re-use the ones on the calipers actually. You don’t need to purchase new ones. If you wanted to purchase new ones it’s 2 per caliper.
