Seems like the guy from Everyday Driver has blue vents (like the actual slats) on his Cayman. Not a huge fan of that...
His does but he bought it used. I give him crap for it all the time. I think it looks like someone let their teenage daughter loose on it with nail polish.
You can take them out and have them painted, such as by Eric at Bumperplugs. Mine are OEM but I did the vent controllers myself, in Miami Blue:
Hi Bob,
this Targa emblem on the dashboard looks so good! Reminds me of the Speedster logo.
Can I ask you where you ordered it from? I suppose the Targa emblem is just sticked to the dashbord element?
Thanks, it is Black Stainless steel and made from a guy in Russia (mail@lascut.ru), who also made me new rear emblems. He can make anything and his prices are great but he is busy so it can take a month or two to get things. I used a tiny bit of clear silicon in a couple spots to hold it on and so far so good! Here is his web site: https://lascut.ru/
Here is one more, which I put on the ashtray cover that was made by a guy in Poland. It is not metal like the other but it came with adhesive on it. I have a few extras in case someone with a Miami Blue "S", "T" or "GTS" wants to do the same:
[QUOTE=plenum;16584544]Well, I don't have a black car, but some changes I've made to my cars were "subtle" accent changes. On my '14 C4S I added black highlight bits to my GT Silver '14 C4S, including mirrors and rear badging in plastidip, and roof / hood in black vinyl wrap. On my '15 GTS, I did some temporary red-accents over White, and yes an offset stripe as well.... On a black car you may be limited as to what would work, but I've seen some really cool lizard-green accents on black cars before -- you could change the rear badging for example....
Here's a few pics of what I've done mentioned above....

Thanks Bob! You have so many great suppliers, thanks for your input to the RL community!

Even better this picture! I like what you did with the "middle" blank switch in between the buttons to open and close the roof, it is the first time I see somebody customize it!
Great attention to details! Definitely a good idea!! how is it done? Vinyl for the blue color? How is the metal Porsche emblem attached onto the button (glued?).
Do you have some ideas to customize the 5 blank switches on the left and right sides of the center consoles?

Thanks again. This is an older pic and it looks better now since I took off the GTS letters and cleaned the ash tray cover well and put them back so it looks cleaner. These are made of plastic and here is the contact for the seller (b.wrabel@car-bone.pl) in Poland, a shop that does a lot of custom work: https://car-bone.pl/
Correct - I used Miami Blue wrap to cover the blank and used a dab of glue to mount the crest, which is an actual Porsche part. I have seen others put stickers on blank buttons but that would be too distracting to me!
