$85k CAD for that car would be pretty fair.
FWIW I paid $100k for my 2013 in late 2017 w/ 38,000 km on it. Very similar build: https://vinanalytics.com/car/WP0AB2A96DS120273/
Ultimately, MT cars are rare in Canada. We tend to end up paying more than our American neighbours as we just don't have a lot of choice up here. 3 years before I finally was able to pull the trigger on one optioned how I wanted it.

Fabs991.
Most Rotiforms like these are custom made one set at a time for customers. They do sell cheaper off the shelf wheels also. Maybe the OP will ask the seller how much they were but the RWB guys say they are expensive!
I'm bet these are custom!

one thing to check is the make sure the reverse lights turn on in reverse. There have been two incidents here on RL where an internal transmission failure causes the reverse lights to not function in reverse. I was one of them.

Seeing as you're in Canada, for comparison I just bought a 2012 991.1 Carrera S PDK that's very nicely spec'd for $76,000 CAD ($57,500USD). 82,000km (51,000 miles). 2 Year Porsche warranty included.

Wolpertinger - congrats! Great price. The PDK cars are definitely coming in a lot more affordable than MT cars in Canada.

Price looks decent and build looks great. I have a similar 2012.5 and the transmission and engine are both fantastic. I prefer not having rev matching so for me the 2012.5s are great. Do keep in mind they have an older version of PCM which is not easily upgraded to add a backup cam.
Cheers,
NF.

Two others you might want to at least take a glance at:
https://www.autotrader.ca/a/porsche/911/montr%c3%a9al/quebec/5_46175109_20190528143100417/
https://www.autotrader.ca/a/porsche/911/terrebonne/quebec/5_47465235_20200206143943696/
That second one doesn't list the build but from the limited photos it has heated seats, sunroof delete(!!), PSE, sport chrono, sport steering wheel, Carrera classic wheels.
Being in Quebec, obviously, you want to be careful about fraud as QC is basically the dumping ground for written-off vehicles from all over Canada and the US. Make sure you do your due diligence on the vehicle history.
If buying from a private party and they write "Vente sans garantie légale, aux risques et périls de l'acheteur" on the purchase agreement, I'd walk away.

70K US
Whatever that equates to canadian. MT, Sports chrono with no sunroof under 30k miles is a unicorn, Grab it.

My 2012.5 MT feels great.
I'll be brutally honest.
Please drive the car first. It's in Montreal near you? I'm a manual guy and purchased a new off the dealer floor 2013 C2S, drove a new 2013 manual car at the time as well and that shifter/trans was new to the 991 at the time. It just didn't feel right and even the salesman told me at the time they are still working out the manual on the 991 (the 991 had only been out a few months) at the time. They hadn't even released the Turbo yet.
I went with the PDK begrudgingly at the time but appreciated it after. I agree with most that by the 2016 GTS they finally got it right.
This is just my tiny opinion. Please don't take it religiously. Maybe this car has upgrades or etc.
If it's your first P Car, please just drive it before purchasing it. It may be one of the good ones and you'll love it!
Beautiful car. Everyone loves a Roti Car.
