Need Advice on Price of 991.2

Burning Brakes
- Buy the one that you both love. I assume you will love your wife’s choice
- If you do a lot of back road spirited driving you might notice the difference between the 991.2 and 992. To me the difference was very obvious. I could go on and on. Not a war I want to have. I will tell you both the base 991.2 and 992 are fast machines.
- Yes! Check when it was punched. The warranty would have started. If it was months ago then you should negotiate for CPO. It will cost them $2800.
- The only mistake you can make is not being thrilled every time you go to your garage and looking at the beauty.

Race Car
Requesting your help, please. I don't post here much, but this site (these forums) have been invaluable to me in my Porsche ownership (currently a 2017 718). My wife loves convertibles, and she's all in on my getting a 911.... so long as it is a Cabriolet. Hey, there are worse things in life. We found a new (2019), never-titled, Paint-to-Sample Voodoo Blue Cabriolet S that had sticker of $150K. They've since dropped it to $139K. My wife (the negotiator in the house) has gotten them to $135K + shipping, but she countered with $133K shipped. Again, paint-to-sample Voodoo Blue (and $11K option), Premium, and Sport packages. Interior is standard in black. Thoughts? Suggestions?
Also... and I don't want to start a fight. Serious question: is the 992 that much better? I can get a 2020 Carrera Cabriolet for less (obviously, not an "S"). Any thoughts on 991.2 vs. 992 are also welcome. Thank you, all, in advance.
