Subscribed. I just checked under mine and I don’t have any plastic piece attached to the rear lower control arms. Curious to what that is...

Yes.

He's correct. They come off all the time. Usually the bottom half breaks away.

just got under the car, looks similar to the piece posted above but don't think thats it. Seems like all it does is to redirect airflow into certain parts under the car, no cables or anything inside it.

You guys think i can drive with this thing hanging out? Might hot glue the broken part for the time being...

so just got it back in place, and glued the broken plastic part, hope that it would hold. Definitely a break cooling duct, as it basically directs air right at the brakes by the wheels. Tho the link might be for a different 911 (maybe a .1?)

Looks like that one is for 2015-2019 GT3,GT3RS and GT2RS.

what .2 do you have? And I’m assuming this brake duct only comes on some models

The damaged part has a “Porsche Parts” number embossed. It should also state L or R. There is a section in the Suncoastparts.com site where you can enter your VIN # for verification. The parts department use your VIN # to verify they are sending you the correct part. Or, you can call them.

You can try using this link to locate the part number.

Use the part number to get a price from online Porsche parts vendors.
