FWIW, I had the rennline grills installed on my car about two years ago by an Indy and the labor charge was $202.50 and they gave me a 20% discount for being a PCA member.
Including parts and shipping the total was $456.25.
I installed the Rennline Grills on my 2016 911. The actual grill install after the cover was removed took about 20 minutes. The removal of the bumper cover with just me was about 45min and about 30 minutes to put back together. It is not a big deal. The biggest PIA's are the removal of the side lights. My 2016 had very little extra wire to reach & disconnect the connector. The other was removing the retaining clip on each side. I suggest that if you attack this project be sure you have something that looks like a screwdriver with an angular hook at the end. I used a set of rug weaving tools purchased on Amazon for abut $10. You will need this to remove the retain clip and reinstall it.
I fabricated a hook out of a metal coat hanger. Worked well.
im not sure which i used but it was one of the small hooked ones. Second from the left I believe. Everyone should have a set of hook and pick tools. Super helpful.
I’ve also seen the Zunes on a GTS at a recent event. If you’re really **** about appearance you may be disappointed. But I still think they are a better option.
FWIW this is my experience as well. I felt like the Rennline grills were more OEM looking & went that route. OP I had a reputable shop install my Rennline grills and they charged me 400 for the labor
Actually if I remember correctly I don't even think Zunsport had the grills I needed for the third/center radiator after contacting them, so I didn't have a choice
Different strokes for different folks, but in any case getting some form of them installed is fixing a big oversight from Porsche. Way less crap building up and smacking against the radiators
