Anyone with Soul Sport Cats?
#76
I was supposed to pick my car up today (it was in for the Sport Cats and winter/summer tire swap, oil change). Dealer just called me, multi-point inspection found a Water Pump failure!!! Covered under warranty, should be available tomorrow. I am surprised as I have mot noticed any puddles or issues on the garage floor.

I am am running the Soul replacement pipes. Anything you want to know specifically? They smell a little bit on start up if I’m in the garage and linger there for any length of time. Not bad. I never smell once rolling along. My wife drove the car and didn’t say a word! Perhaps the best endorsement so far.
The pops and bangs are big and loud. If that’s your thing you’ll love sport plus. I have quite mode on start up and I can leave the neighborhood and go unnoticed. Great feature from APR. Free with the tune. I run sport plus most the time and manually shift. It’s a great deep sound without the pops and bangs.
I had a heavily modified Corvette that was catless and she complained every time we drove the car. It was a N/A motor so maybe there’s a difference there? I have APR 93 octane tune. So that took care of any CEL. The car has ran several 10.8s @ 132+. according to Dragy. Big fun. I’d really like to try E/85 and may this fall. I’d do exactly the same thing again without hesitation. Great times we live in.
