Mailing from Porsche today cracked me up
I got this fancy looking mailing (cardboard like mailer) today, but when I opened it was just a reminder to fill out the J.D. Power survey if I get one. The kicker was as a token of their appreciation they included this drink coaster.
I actually have those mats in my car, so now now I got to find a full set of theses things. It just struck me as pretty clever.

I don't think when you bought the car has anything to do with it other than setting the timetable for service. I took delivery in January 2018, and the only service I've had since then is Jan 2019. The letter indicated the survey was based on service records.

I got both but JD Power is over the top. They want to know the last time you checked the air pressure in all 4 tires. It's just too much and I wanted to rate Porsche truthfully which for me has been excellent.

I agree..... I purchased my 50th in 2014 and I too received the survey last week.

I got one, but I am a bit miffed because I opted out of information sharing in writing with both Porsche and my dealer. I don’t think my dealer was supposed to share my service information with Porsche, but I suppose I can forgive that. If I get a third party survey, people are getting sternly worded letters. I am also going to check my carfax a bit down the road as the services should not be on there either.
oh, and Cocomats samples are much better coasters. The mini floormat is going in the Porsche stuff box with everything else.
