As far as things falling on the cars, not too worried about earthquakes in the Texas hillcountry. And the cattle rarely go in the garage. LOL
The third car is in fact my Unimog 406. It's needed a clutch for a while so yea, it's a garage queen. It was my farm tractor for many years and has a detachable backhoe, flail mower and a huge 24k lb winch. I've dug a few trenches and holes for fruit trees. And I even redid my septic system with it years ago.
