Lack of competition. The only dealer in a huge market comprised of mostly SUVs. There's no incentive to be customer focused. I've found this dealer to have very long wait times for service appointments. In my case they didn't do the maintenance work they said they did at 40k interval (didn't replace air filters). The car came back filthy with dirt all over the car. I'm questioning if they even replaced the spark plugs. I will never go back to them.
