How's the ride quality and road noise compared to the OEM Pirellis? I'm also in Seattle and have centerlock GTS wheels, and am not sure I want to spend money on a dedicated set of snows. The only other option is to see if Michelin comes out w/ their new Pilot Sport 4 All Seasons that are on the C8.
I'm in Bellevue, so you are welcome anytime to swing by to check them out or we can go for a drive and you can get a sense for them.

You have 295s on 12" wheels?

I only put 400 miles on the OEM's before switching, so can't really compare, but the noise on theses does not seem louder than what I remember fort he OEM's.

Don't really need snow/winter tires for dry cold. Some tests show snow tires perform worse unless its wet. They're for snow and ice despite the manufacturers trying to market them as also 'cold tires' (less than 30-40F).
Not often will you see less than 40F temps in VA and that's going to be early morning or late night. Daytime temps will often be closer to summer tires than winter other than maybe less than 1 month or an 'arctic freeze.' Also you wont find much stock of winter tires in that size in the area because no one gets them. Meaning if you mess one up, you might have a long wait if it isn't fixable.
Unless you planning on 'real winter' driving, you're better off with just using summer tires during winter like others in US South. As long as they're not bald, heat up a little, and you're not doing anything crazy, they work absolutely fine.
P4S work really well in cold. In fact, half the tire (inside part) is actually almost all season compound good for wet water/ cold temps, but outside corners good for handling are summer. I had zero slippage in NC winter last year and aside from a little more noise and slightly harsher ride, traction wasn't a concern even driving hard at 30F temps.

I put Toyo Proxes 4plus on the 20” Carrera S wheels that were on my base 2013. It was the only all season I could find in the sizes needed to fit those wheels. I’m in Edmonds. I liked the tires and thought they were a great compromise for our climate.
I have dedicated summer and winter sets for my 991.1S now. It’s the best way to go, but not practical for all. I wouldn’t hesitate to put a good set of all seasons on if they have the ratings for our cars.

I've got the P-Zero's and the low-temp limit is 45° F. I don't think it ever gets that cold here in Southeast Tejas.
"Pirelli's warranty does not cover tires that develop compound cracking due to use in ambient temperatures below 45° Fahrenheit (7° Celsius), so the P Zero System tires, like all summer tires, is not intended to be driven in near-freezing temperatures, through snow or on ice."
Soooooo, if I leave the car in the garage when (and if!) the temp drops below 45°, all is good right? There will not be any snow or ice.

Who wants their tires to be identified as a contributing factor to an accident, especially when the other driver had his snows mounted? I don’t want to explain to a police officer or a judge why I was driving on inappropriate tires on that unexpectedly and unusually cold morning.
I hope to maybe have an advantage in the court of public/legal opinion by driving my easily targeted, noisy, environmentally unfriendly, expensive, high-performance sportscar in a responsible manner. For me, this means equipping my C4S for the conditions according to established norms whether I personally agree or not. I bought a set of tires/rims from Porsche during their annual winter promotion and consider it the price of admission. I switch them according to the calendar.
