Great build. I bought my 2013 C2S w/<9k miles on it about two years ago. $124k build w/CPO for $80k.

Mine is a similar build, add Sport Technos, subtract Enter & Drive and front parking sensor. No PDCC on mine, either. Just SPASM. Also added Tubi Style exhaust as mine had not PSE. So, that was another $3k (bought it used).

That seems about right, even with no CPO. It's really hard to find a build like that.

So, ex rodent issues, it makes a ton of sense. These cars are in super high demand.

I just confirmed with my policy on Geico that Animal Damage is covered. I know many RV policies exclude this due to the nature of how they are used, but standard automobiles should be covered under most comprehensive but it's worth confirming with your carrier.

For that kind of money, I would want a Porsche CPO, no doubt
I am in active search for a car. There is a huge drop in price if you are willing to buy a car with more than 50K miles. I'm looking for low mileage MT so the choices are fewer and prices higher. You were probably smart to grab a 64K miles car, price wise.

1) The battery was weak - dealer agreed to replace it.
2) Mechanic found dead mice and a nest in the battery compartment

Other than that, the car is really clean and looks almost new. The carfax lists it as a single owner, and it appears to have been serviced regularly.

The dead mice has me worried about potential "hidden" issues, but the mechanic said it's a common thing and found no other damage.

It does have a lot of options and VIN Analytics shows the original price at $128,145.00, and they are offering it at 76,500. Non Porsche dealership so no CPO.

Would you guys go for it or pass on it

That is a fair price, not amazing. Try to shoot for ~$73K to be a great deal. CPO is over rated. These cars are solid. Just make sure you/someone inspect/look for the usual 991 issues. If it is a third party dealer, try to get a 30/90 day warranty to avoid any surprises/hidden issues.

Lastly, make sure the PDCC was serviced (~$800 at dealer), and the 40K service was done (~$1600 at dealer), both are due at 6 years regardless of milage. If they were not completed, discount them from the price.

Good luck.

That is a great build with a very fair price. The color, options and low mileage set it apart from a lot of the cars out there. Not sure how much searching that you have done, but I would be willing to bet you're not going to run across many like this one.
Less the issue with the mice it sounds like you would have already purchased the car. Like the others said, if you can get the selling dealer to provide a warranty to cover potential damage you should be good to go. Even if they won't, at least you have confirmation your insurance company will provide coverage.
