I would not buy one for many of the reasons stated above. Too many cars that have not been driven that hard. 2 ignitions in a range seems odd and not likely possible.

I decided to pass on the car. Not worth the risk.

But you likely warmup the engine before hammering the car.

Good choice. As others said. I would never.

The car is no longer showing up on the Rusnak site. Wonder if they pulled it due to this thread or sold it to some unsuspecting purchaser?

That’s interesting... I’m not sure. I moved on to a different GTS.

Buyer beware. Looks like Rusnak Westlake may be up to the same scam -- marketing PEC cars without disclosing the fact that they were tracked at the LA PEC. They have 2 black GTSs that just showed up on their the site with 800 miles. Asked about the cars and was told that they are "executive demos."

I know you said you are passing which I think is a good move. I think people should keep in mind though that for the right price and for the right purpose, it wouldn't be a bad car. If you are wanting something to drive hard, keep for a couple of years, then trade back into your dealer, I would be less concerned. But if this is a car you want to keep or is a dream car for you, go and get one that was treated right and wasn't driven that hard all of the time.

Probably sold it. Most of the time they would probably just claim complete ignorance on it and for the right price someone will lease it for 3 years and move onto something else. These cars have not been titled, so leasing should be a possibility.

Seems very strange that PNA wouldn't require dealers to disclose the prior track history on these cars.

Unless you live in the snowy mountains or rainy Pacific NW, or the snowbelt, why bother with a 4?
A 4 costs more to buy, is heavier, slightly less quick and efficient, and costs more to maintain.

Unless of course someone wants to buy the best looking one, the Targa, since they are all 4s.
