Thank you for sharing your perspective. I normally work in tech support, product development and manage build projects, but I will get involve to make our website better and communication better to prevent this from happening in the future. I am sorry for your loss in time and currency. We loss equally in transaction fees and on shipping. Today we both loss, and we learned from this experience to improve customer service going forward. PayPal and FedEX are the winners today.

Tom aligned my car at the track on a blisteringly hot July day. And wouldn't take any money. I'm sorry you had a bad experience but in every dealing I've had with TPC they've been superb.
