Default Pricing on Current 911 Models

I’ve been doing some research on car pricing, and hopefully add another Porsche to my garage. I’m pretty sure I have it down to a GT4 or a Carrera T. My question is, what kind of pricing should I expect if I purchase a T? Let’s say my T build is at 114k, MSRP, what sort of discounts and actual pricing are you guys getting, 5%, 10% off or more? I have no problem working with dealers out of state, it’s really whoever can give me the best deal. Any feedback is appreciated.

Lol. I’m leaning towards it, but, I’ve heard so much about the T, and I haven’t driven one yet. I have driven a 991.2 base with PDK, but wanted to experience it in a manual.

If you must go new... go GT4... otherwise get a VERY lightly used CPO 991.2 S and smoke them both like I did..
Sport Package is what you want - Sport Chrono, rear axle steering -

I don’t understand. You can’t build anymore 991.2s.

Are you talking about used cpo T?

Is that true? The configurator lets you build them.

I did check some, but it’s very hard to find one that has aggressive options, like the front sport bumper, chronicles, black sport exhaust and manual, and in a color I like

If you are driving in the street. Find a T that is setup the way you like. I greatly prefer a lot of things about the 991.2.

On the track, I would probably go GT4 but I do still think it is a handicapped car but a better platform.

As much as I am not a fan of the T, I would still rather have a T over a GT4.

Yeah, I don’t track, mostly weekend driving up some twisties and may do a track session on rare occasion. The things I love about the T cars, are their T interior seats(I hate leather seats), short shifter, and all of the sport options that come standard. It’s a good setup. Also, tuning it will be easy. My buddy picked up a GT4 not long ago and I drove it. It was fantastic. Sure, it could be a little faster, but it doesn’t need to be. I really enjoyed it. Tracking it won’t be an issue, because I don’t think I’ll be doing much of it.

Any recent buyers that can chime in and give me some sort of idea of what kind of savings I can see from a new T ?

Others can verify but 991.2 production has ended for months.

At least 5% but 10% should be possible. Tell us what color(s) you want, must have options and anything else we should know and we'll look around, at least I will.

No more new 991.2 builds. Ended several weeks/months ago... You can probably get 5 % comfortably. Couple guys have gotten 10%. One guy has claimed more... What's more important, getting a deal or getting what you want? Life is short and costs.

You're going to have to find one you can live with. Based on what you've said, you'll be happier with a Carrera on the street than a Cayman. Especially if you plan on keeping the car and actually driving it. If you get a Cayman, you know you're going to want to limit both the miles and the time you own it. If you're into that, cool. If not, get a car that makes you worry less and you don't have to battle entropy with. Entropy will win. Every time.

As far as getting smoked... I invite any of you haters down to Hill Country and we'll see about that... A couple of tenths in a drag race? Who cares. Spirited road driving? Nah... No one on here is going to make up that much of a difference in reality vice the little worlds you live in.

The T is that good. You won't be disappointed.
