Racing Yellow 991.2. Painting my wheels in a more colourful shade?

I really like what you have already. It looks great.

Buy a set of used Carrera S rims and get them powder coated to your tastes. You should be able to fetch a good price for your T rims, maybe enough to cover the cost of the other rims and the powder coating.

Can’t get this idea out of my head, although my daughters have already given their opinion!
Saw this blue 911 with orange wheels recently and was blown away!
It inspired me to consider a ‘contrasting’ colour for the wheels on my Racing Yellow 991.2.
Just getting the existing 20” Carrera S wheels painted.
Possibly purple...?
Yes, I know it would make a statement, draw attention and divide opinion.
Have I been out in the sun too long...?!

Coming from the stodgy old guy bleacher seats... the air cooled 911 that's the source of your current inspiration can be deemed "permissible" because the light blue and orange combination mimics the historic Gulf Racing livery (though the blue should be a few shades lighter for it to be legit)
Other arcane fact: If you expand on the yellow and black theme and go with black stripes on the hood & roof, you'll be very popular in Dortmund (or Pittsburgh for that matter), but not so much in Munich or Gelsenkirchen.

Yellow and Blue go together well.
Speaking of Yellow, I wonder how close those P Zeros with Yellow accents are the Yellow used on PCCBs?

There are other places as well that make tire lettering in multiple colors for every brand of tire. I am thinking about doing just the top and bottom logos in White...

More color, on a yellow 911?
Hard to beat a reference to a yellow RS 2.7 with Viper Green graphics and wheel centers, as on the 911R posted by Semitone. Would have to get the right wheel, and not sure what that wheel is...but may require doing the side stripe in green also...

I like the blue and yellow combination the best. Here is a suggestion, paint just two wheels, on the same side, with Plastidip of the color you choose. That will help you choose, and if you don't like it, you just peel it off. Or try tape, although your color selection will be limited.
