Racing Yellow 991.2. Painting my wheels in a more colourful shade?
Can’t get this idea out of my head, although my daughters have already given their opinion! :)
Saw this blue 911 with orange wheels recently and was blown away! It inspired me to consider a ‘contrasting’ colour for the wheels on my Racing Yellow 991.2. Just getting the existing 20” Carrera S wheels painted. Possibly purple...? Your car, your rules. You're the only one that has to be pleased. Your daughters can fix it after you pass the car on to them... ;)
For me, you already have a bright pop type color on the body, doing it on the wheels is going to make it look too busy and over-the-top. The good thing is, it isn't permanent. So, if you do it and don't love it, reverting is a simple process. Like the blue car you pictured, it might hep if you also do other accents (such as stripes, etc.) to match. Again, just my opinion. Try gold/bronze wheels or candy red.

Go for green wheels to complement the yellow. No one, anywhere, will have a car quite like yours!

I will be the naysayer, no. You don't need to dress a 911 up like a prostitute to look good. Your car looks amazing, you are just used to seeing it all the time.
