Default New to the Porsche family - 991.2 GTS

As the title says I am a new Porsche owner. I like many of you have always wanted one but never could swing it or was into something else. Now is my time.

Its a new 991.2 GTS with some minor options like rear axle steering... so far it’s a fantastic car and very enjoyable. I am breaking it in so I have not completely opened her up yet. Looking forward to lurking and learning as I plan its modification list.

First up are clear or smoked side markers for sure. Looking at wheel options and if I’m brave I will modify the motor with things like a tune, header, filters, etc....

Some of my previous cars were a 350z, Viper, Hellcat, and a C7 Z06. Loved them all and looking forward to what the Porsche heritage brings. I daily drive a Golf R.

Here are are a few pics :

Congrats and love your car list! I'm an old school Nissan guy, so I remember when the 350Z came out. Hell, I remember when the Z32 30ZXTT came out. Anyway, your list of cars, they all have awesome characteristics. I've driven the hellcat and Vette, but not the Viper. Anyway, on the GTS, should be around 600hp after mods

Congratulations!

It'll be interesting to see how long the Golf R lasts as your daily driver... At least were I live the Carrera GTS is a great DD.

The R is actually amazing. Love everything about it. Not sure I ever want to get rid of it.

My wife has one.

I'll give you 3 months: Seating position. Ride height. Engine sound. (And I mean no disrespect, the R is a solid car.)
