Glad to share any plots customers are open to putting out to the public. Here's one from our last session 991.2 GTS: High Flow Cats, AMS Intercoolers, High Flow Air Filter, Vektor Performance Headers and Cobb Pro-Tune. This was before we added our additional air handling for the rear of the car, which I'm fairly certain we would have hit the 500whp mark.

This car came to us already with some modifications. A stock GTS makes ~385whp on our dyno.

Perhaps an overlay?

Do you have more pics of the additional blowers?

Overlay from two different cars can be misleading.

I'll post some pics once I'm back in the office on Monday.

Always great to hear from a happy customer Now that we have our auxiliary 911 rear blower setup installed, I bet you'd clear that 500whp mark. It makes a significant difference in air quality at the rear, intercooler temps, and intercooler temp recovery.

Not if disclosed. Would be more of a benefit than a detriment.

Agreed!

With the fans on/off, the IAT was 25-30F different. Oil temps and ambient air temps identical. Ignition timing and A/F pretty much the same also except at the topend power bump. The ECU did increase the boost 1-1.5psi to compensate for the 25-30F higher temps to maintain torque output. It seems once the IATs get past 160F, power starts to drop. This is also shown with the 1st pull with the fans OFF where the IAT peaks at 160F and the car still made good power. On the next 2 pulls, the IATs went to 170 and 180. Comparing the last pulls ON/OFF, the ~20whp power bump at the topend corresponds to a 2deg timing advantage with the fans on along with 30F cooler IATs while 1.5psi less boost.

Test notes…

  • All pulls done after one another after operating temps reached 190/190; Blowers OFF pull 1, 2 & 3, Blowers ON Pull 1, 2 & 3.
  • Timed 3 minutes between pulls
  • All 6 wind tunnel fans running through the entire test
  • 911 blower specific setup adjusted to flow parallel to rear window
  • Rear wing ‘up’ for all test
  • All tests done in 4th gear Sport mode, Cobb OTS Stage 1 91 Oct Map
