Another sun visor mirror cover for me, both of them. It’s amazing how much the sun visor vibrates. I can see the mark on the headliner where the mirror cover meets the headliner, so it must be the mirror cover against the mirror housing.. i confirmed by lowering the visors, rattle gone. I also have a rattle at the driver seatbelt buckle when its inserted.

One idea to try... Download a frequency generator app on your phone and then play it through the car stereo at high volume. I did this and was able to track down a couple of annoying rattles.
Some rattles are only easy to produce with certain engine RPM's- that's where you need someone you trust to drive the car while you sit in the passenger seat or in the back
