Inner wheel gouged by suspension?

Doesn't appear any different from my 19's (minus the gouges, of course).

The bushings in question are part of the hub assembly and are a fixed distance from the center.

Were the wheels removed recently, perhaps as part of servicing?

Wheels were removed for brake flush recently - think that could have something to do with it?

I think it's just the camera angle. I can sort of see the same flattened angle in my pic too.
