Did u notice the miles on that yellow T 9293 miles on a 2019 thats why its 17% off.
Another dealer had a GTS they were selling as new with about 100 miles on it and it turns out the owner of dealership took car home and enjoyed it for a while they would only discount that car 5%.
There are 10-20 delivery miles and then when does a new car become a used car after how many miles
I did not notice the mileage so you are correct in the reason why it discounted that much. Shoot for 10-15% if you find a car you like and if you can get a decent deal don't wait too long since many here have hesitated only to find out a car they liked sold not long after they saw it.
I do have seat time in both and it was probably good the GT3 deal fell through because although there is no debate the GT3 looks awesome, for my use only tracking a couple times per year the GTS will serve me much better as a night or weekend cruiser with an occasional track day.
I own both a 2019 Targa 4 GTS and a 2018 GT3. Both have 1500 miles on them. I love both both cars, and the GT3 experience is extremely visceral, but damn if the Targa 4 GTS hasn't surprised me with how much more versatile it is to own and drive. It's also sneaky fast. I have been impressed by how fast the larger GTS turbos spin up (e.g. - torque on demand) and how well the AWD system puts the power down. Impressive all around car.
Westwood offered me a lousier trade for my 918 Boxster. It all depends I guess.
To be clear, Westwood's trade-in offer for my 2014 C4S was pretty lousy. If I'd gone with them, I would have sold it privately. It was their price on the new car that was good.
To me a GTS manual would be very attractive and if you get a 10%+ discount, that would be more than acceptable.
That would be great to get 10% off would sign up for that in a second but I have a feeling they will not accept any offer like that we will see what happens
Mission Accomplished ended up at just over 5% off MSRP. I was happy with that. I love the car so far on the 200 mile trip home!! Color is great on the Chalk pictures dont do it justice
Thanks for everyones input it was easier to negotiate.
It is still a mod, and mine came with them as well as my dealer swaps them out on all 911s; however, I was given the OEM orange ones in case I ever wanted to make it stock (yeah right).
