2019 911 C4 GTS
I had a deposit on a nice GT3 but the deal fell through. I need some opinions on this car I am looking at tomorrow new 19 911 Carrera 4 GTS well optioned about $160k msrp produced in 12/18 so its been sitting on the lot for 5-6 months probably because its a manual, I think, What would u expect to get off MSRP on the purchase 3% 5% more
Any feedback would be appreciated

I don't know if it is the white car at Porsche of Nashua. For reference, I got a 6% discount in 2017 on a ordered 2018 C4S manual with an MSRP of 131k.
I don't think it is unreasonable to ask for a 10% discount and see where you end up.

Just as an aside from the discount, those are two quite different cars so I would be sure you are cross shopping the two models with eyes wide open. Hopefully you have some seat time in both before making a purchase decision. C4 GTS is a wicked car, and so is the GT3

Last generation, undesirable to most cause manual, and been unsold for 6 months, I’d go for 15-20%

Orders are getting up to 6% off so a car on the lot for 5+ months should garner a much better deal. Just like ^^^ said, shoot for the stars and settle for somewhere between 10-15% IMO.

MT cars are not necessarily undesirable but hard to find and sell in small numbers. If the MT was so reviled, Porsche wouldn't have it brought it back in the GT3. Some people like me love it and wouldn't buy a P car without one.
If it is the car the OP is asking about, it looks like a tasty morsel although personally I am not drawn to the GTS. The dealer is quite reasonabe based on my experience. Don't know about 20%..

That's not really that unusual. Westwood offered me 6% off an ordered C4S when I was shopping in 2017.
However, my personal experience with Nashua was that I found better deals elsewhere. So I wouldn't count on getting 10% from them, car on the lot or not. When I talked to them about ordering a 4 GTS cab, they balked at ordering it at all, because they'd have to trade for an allocation. Honestly I felt like they didn't care if they sold a car to me or not.
Westwood, in contrast, offered 4% off an ordered 4 GTS, or (as I mentioned) 6% off a C4S. They didn't have a 4 GTS cab allocation, so they would have needed to trade a Targa GTS allocation for it.
Norwell had an allocation, but initially only offered 2% off a 4 GTS order. I said I'd go with Westwood, so they matched that, and offered $5k more on my 2014 C4S trade-in. That was good enough for me.
Interestingly enough, my ordered 4 GTS Cab was spec'd to $156k MSRP, $4k less than the white 4 GTS coupe at Nashua. I didn't go for a minimal build, either. The difference is mainly because the white car has a lot of cosmetic things like the GTS interior package, carbon fiber door guards, etc.

Westwood offered me a lousier trade for my 918 Boxster. It all depends I guess.

Another dealer had a GTS they were selling as new with about 100 miles on it and it turns out the owner of dealership took car home and enjoyed it for a while they would only discount that car 5%.
There are 10-20 delivery miles and then when does a new car become a used car after how many miles
