Took me a while to realize this was about the Ford GT.
I’ve watched Doug Demuro’s Ford GT videos. I’ve belatedly come to the realization that Demuro is a terrible car reviewer. He’s entertaining, and he’ll touch on some odd details of the car... when it’s stationary. What he doesn’t do is test how a car drives, beyond basic acceleration and maybe engine sound. He doesn’t even touch on sight lines, which you know have to be an issue with the GT just looking at the car.
I find track reviews by serious drivers far more helpful. I don’t track my cars, and probably never will, but knowing how the car behaves at 10/10ths often helps me get a feel for how it is under far more moderate demands.
