I'd follow this tactic. Depending on how much I liked the car (optioned the way wanted) I'd buy it between 10-15% discount with full new warranty. An 18 vs 19 makes little difference assuming the warranty is intact. If the warranty is punched with ~1 year gone I'd accept 15-20% discount.
