Default 991.2 Service / Shop Manual

Does anyone know where one can purchase a repair manual for the 991.2?

I see Porsche has a webpage for a membership but it appears to be restricted to authorized dealers and shops only. Is this the case?

Thanks

From what I have read...it is subscription only. No shop manual as we are used to. There is a pdf floating around that is screen captures of the online resource...not really what I was interested in.

WOW. Thanks a lot. Wish I would have had this document BEFORE I bought my car. Not quite a shop manual in the sense that it shows just what steps are required for assembly/disassembly, but extremely informative and helpful nonetheless.

I, too, am pining for a workshop manual and think it's a shame that you can't buy one from Porsche.

When I owned my Corvette I purchased a four volume set that covered all aspects of repair, which proved an invaluable tool over the nearly ten years of ownership.

Thanks for sending the link.

Is there a separate version of these manuals for the 991.2 GTS and 991.2 GT3 variants of the 911? Thanks.

I have a .pdf of the 991 Service Manager, which I got from here; however, I am not able to attach it here - too big?

Quite possible - a good work around is uploading the document to your google drive or dropbox account, and then publishing a link respectively.

I don't have a clue how to do that or I would, but if someone wants it just PM me your email address and I will send it to you, like I did for someone already.

Anyone ever try this? I tried through the link you mentioned but it stated that billing was not supported in this country. I live in Dallas,TX. Anyone have a 991.1 GT3RS service/shop manual?

Yeah if you don't go through my link and select USA from the dropdown, then the website defaults your account to EU billing. You need to go through my link, select USA, and sign up for a new account.
