Default Not Able to Save Multifunction Display Settings

Hello All-

I have a new 2019 C2. I can't seem to be able to save the settings in multifunction display. When I check boxes for door locking and unlocking (driver door vs both doors), reversing passenger mirror down tilt, comfort entry, a/c vent settings etc. I doesn't save them. Next time I get in car, they are back where they used to be.

I do have the multifunction steering wheel.

The 1,2, Key buttons on drivers door do seem to work properly.

I assume I am doing something incorrectly.

Any suggestions?

Did you set "key" afterwards?
That saves all settings to the key you are using. (would also only take one key into the car at a time....not sure it's required but I did)

If you have entry and drive pull out the dummy key and insert your key and then press save to key and it will work.

This.

Set your car how you like it. Set the "key" button (not 1 or 2) and from that poiint on any time you open and unlock your car and get it, ALL the settings you had from radio, to dash, to AC settings will stay the way you set them.

This is how you save all the user defined items in the multifunction display as well? I thought it was only to save the seat, steering wheel, and mirror positions

That's the 1 & 2 seat position stuff. You need to save to the key.
