My other car is now an Indium Gray VW Golf R, with manual transmission...it recently replaced the F10 M5 in the first post in this thread. This Golf R is, perhaps, the most wonderful car I've ever owned...please don't throw things at me or tell my 911! ;-)

Pics please. This is one heck of an awesome car.
I’ve been an admirer for a long time. Huge congrats on the new awesome set of wheels.

My 2011 golf TDI was really awesome. Probably best car I ever owned. Now they make all but the R in Mexico and reliability is crap.
I totally would get an R, but can't justify it as a second car for a 911...they're both small fast cars that serve similar purpose and a second car needs to be SUV/ family hauler or a truck for me. Plus the R is crazy expensive all things considered when also you can get a (made in Mexico) GTI for so much less and mostly the same experience/performance. 40k for an R, but a GTI can be found for 25k, which I would consider 'disposable.'
