This thread reminded me of one of my rear panels in my brand new 2019 GTS.
A week or two after delivery I noticed this wrinkle in the rear leather panel... then I completely forgot about it
Fast forward a year of ownership and I was in the back again cleaning... oops I totally forgot about that wrinkle in the rear.
Should I take it back to Porsche? On one hand I paid a lot of money for the car and it has a cosmetic defect. On the other it obviously doesn’t bother me that much as I completely forgot. I almost feel embarrassed to complain about something so minor, I guess that’s my problem!
I wish I had pictures of my 2017 911 S dash with full leather. Mine had lines every couple inches front front to back of dash like someone rolled a pizza cutter back and forth on it. Or perhaps used a 2" wide roller over the leather to help glue it down to the dash. I have no clue what it was. But my car was the only one that way on the lot. They blamed it on it being hand made and I just dealt with it.

That is a natural imperfection in the leather. Comes with the cow. Wear it proudly, the cow did, it is called character.
I have also a small stone chip in the windshield , and I'm fine , I will never replace for that small damage , also a scratch in the rear try , but if the dashboard move so much after 4 months is for me rubbish ,
the imperfections on the leather are really a character like on a jacket , I can always do smoother wit ha cream ,
but really guys get under the nose a big oval on a new dash , and a kind of bubble next by as in the picture is for me no reason to keep for the next 5 or more years , I bought a new car to do not have this issue , and yes is the last new Porsche of my life ....
no better quality than a VW or Fiat , no better service than a gas station , only better furnitures and Poster on the walls

It helps (in life) to have managed expectations.
You did not buy a hand crafted Koenigsegg or a one Off Singer.. You bought a generic, off the assembly line 911. Just because one of us pays a LOT for a product, it does not in ANY way gaurantee 100% satisfaction. I can show you threads with Mclaren and Ferrari owners bitching about leather threads and exhaust rattles..
Sometimes people buy things that are a "stretch" or "high dollar" item for them, and then without even noticing it, they put that product on a pedestal just because they paid a lot of their money for it.
Like I said before, most people on this board arent driving hand built Singers
Could your dealer have done more for you??? Maybe....... if you were a high dollar repeat customer.
Could you source a leather or non-leather dash yourself and have it swapped with current one? Why not...considering the sale price of the car, the dash is a fraction of price. You SHOULD be able to pay for it especially it bothers you as much as it seems to (from pages and pages of posts about it)
Secondly, if your purpose was to make sure all others get to hear about this defect, problem solved, you have made enough noise
If your purpose was to get so much attention that Porsche extends an exception your way (like with Nick Murray and dozens other cases), well, in that case your noise was pointed in the wrong direction
If your purpose was to complain about it as many times as you have and get it out of your system, Again.. you have reached your goal..
If you do not care for a Porsche product anymore, a solution will only take a couple of hours. Walk into the dealership of your choice and trade this low quality product for a better quality one..
but.. I fear your purpose is neither of those listed above..
