Default Quick Jack + Jack Pads?

Probably a silly question. For those of you who use a quick jack, do you use just the rubber blocks? Just jack pads? Or both?

Thanks all! Looks like I’ll just use the rubber blocks.

I got these and they work great:

PS: I spent hours reading different threads and learned so much about how to properly/safely jack up a 991.2 that I decided to make a video with everything I learned as a way to give back to community:
(if you watch this please let me know if I missed anything, or if I am doing anything wrong)

I got mine from a member here. Nice steel inserts and they twist into place. Wouldn't go any other route.

Delrin jack pads made by a fellow rennlister and hockey pucks between those and the Quick jack. I found the smallest rubber blocks To be a bit squishy for my comfort. Had a weird vision of the rubber block morphing and something sliding off.
