Default How much does it cost to CPO a car

I found a 2017 911 that I like but has somewhat high miles and it’s been solved buy a non-Porsche dealer who happens to be owned by the same parent company as the Porsche dealer nearby It sounds like I can have the car transferred here and complete the sale through my local dealer but would be interested in having them CPO the car. Do any of you have an idea of what it might cost? Thank you

I thought it was between 3-4K. I could be completely wrong. Need someone else to verify.

It's not a fixed number and depends on the condition of the car prior to certifying. If tires are below 50%, they would need to be replaced for example. I don't know the actual cost of the CPO stamp of approval and warranty though... I would assume it's around $1000-1500 + parts and labor on anything replaced

$2,500+/- plus the cost of any parts required to bring it to CPO standards.

How long will CPO go i.e miles and years? I am for sure buying my lease out at the end as long as all continues to be fine with it. I was considering CPO or Fedelity. My car is a 2017 and will be 3 years old at lease end and at the rate I drive it have about 5000-6000 miles on it.

I had a Porsche dealer tell me $2000 on a 2018 with 336 miles during 2018...I don't know if they were subsidizing that to make a sale...it is the lowest I have heard, but on a car that we would assume they wouldn't need to do anything to. Getting to 50 % wear on the rear tires doesn't take long...so you could quickly see double that amount.

As Porsche NA gets the bulk of the money ($?) for actually extending the warranty, the dealer really only charges for the time/labor to do the inspection/paperwork for Porsche NA. So, the dealer is unlikely to discount any amount when doing a CPO where they're not actually selling the car.

I've heard 2500-3000 for the 991s.

I assumed it would add 2 years and unlimited miles to the warranty.

2 years, wow, Fedelity might be better due to years of coverage.

It's very mileage dependent. I just paid $4100 for 3/36 on a '13C2S that had 41k on it at the time.
