991.2 GTS 4 Targa Questions

All,
Thanks for any insight/confirmation on a couple of quick questions...

I was kind of baffled to find that there is nothing underneath the car protecting the engine compartment. First, this is true? (i.e. mine wasn't stolen on the delivery from out of state) and second, are there ANY options out there to cover the underbody?
Manual says AUX port. There's just not one there. Am I missing it somewhere or just no go.
Finally, just a documentation gripe - I spent 15 minutes looking for the OBD port, to find it not where the manual says, but facing upward in the driver footwell. Just a sub-model thing?

The Aux port for audio is in the glove compartment. That’s where I plug in my iPod with my music.

I was very delinquent in specifying my post as a 991.2. I definitely couldn't find one in the glove box. It must have changed or gone away. Sorry, but thank you.

Just USB port on the glove box on my 991.2.
No engine cover, lots of posts about this long ago and consensus was not a big deal and likely some cooling effect (so don’t shroud).

More deligence needed if you winter drive to hose salt from roads off those exposed parts.

is this just for Targa or all 911s? i've never looked underneath my .2 4 GTS to know.
