But helpful. I just learned something - I thought something was wrong as I didn’t hold the button down either. I had raised it to remove some leaf debris while parked and, having never done it before, was wondering what was wrong.

Good job - someone actually searched the forum for the answer to a question!

But yes, the spoiler should always be down except when moving, as it was intended. So if you park with it up put it down!

I just wish I could see if the spoiler was operational while driving the car. Can not see it while driving.

Open the sunroof if you have one, go fast, and it will go to the high position and you should see it.

At first I though this was about being spoiled and stuck up. Something some Porsche owners have been accused of by the less fortunate.
