This car looks nice to me -- no warranty remaining, 120k MSRP, 28k miles, 2 owner
Thinking of offering 60, but not sure if that's too high or low?

If you could get it for $60k that would be a steal IMHO. I would say the asking price is actually not far off if the description is accurate and maintenance is up to date. I bought ‘13 C2S about 8 months ago with 16k miles and $127k sticker with CPO for a fair bit more than than the ask on this one. I can tell you I didn’t get the deal of the century, but i got what I wanted at a price I was okay with.
Looks like a nice build—two tone leather, SPASM, SC, Bose, 14-ways. Missing PSE, but there are aftermarket options if you want.
So if you drive it, everything checks out and it is what you want, seems like nice car! Also the HFS thread has tons of info if you want to check that out! Good luck!

What is SC? I’ve seen that thrown around a couple of times and forget to ask.

I like the look of the default exhaust over PSE, so don't mind that it's missing.
I think I'll offer 60k firm. I saw the car this morning. It's in good shape. He's got service records from inception and has serviced annually since he bought it. It's not showroom perfect, and the front tires are close to needing replacement.
Anything to worry about it being a first year 2012?

I’m aging quicker than my age actually is. Thank you.

Good luck. Hope you get it. 60k would be a really good price.

I'd be stunned if you can get it for 60. I think more like 63/64 for the low miles and good records. Use the worn tires as negotiator.

Not surpised. I looked at the market cars.com you won’t find an S with that mileage for 60k especially with any CPO warranty remaining
ill give ya a hint, i was working a deal for trade in and they offered my 60k for me 29,000 2012 S.
private party will be more and I didn’t even counter them back yet....(dealership that is)
No way would he sell it to you for basic trade in price...

Yours perhaps isn't quite as desirable: it is a cheaper build (his was $124K), and has more than 2x the miles, so I think $4500 less private party is a good price. Anything less is a VERY good price.

OP, if you find your car that cheap, it might be that cheap for a reason. At $60k, either look for a higher mile car, look for a crappy build, or look for one with an accident
