I didn’t ask but I’m sure it will depend on how long it sits there for. That dealership is incredible - full of unique 911’s from each series. It was like a museum where everything was for sale.

So if you order a GTS, you have a choice between base stereo & Bose & No Burmester?

This car has a paid option to upgrade to the Bose so, if the buyer wanted to listen to engine rather than stereo, why pay anything extra?

Since it is not sold, I guess there was no buyer & the dealership configured the car. I didn't think they would spec a car with a custom paint job.

GTS you can get Burmester. GT3/GT3RS/GT2RS no burmester.

Custom color is highly desirable on a GT2RS and a lot of PTS colors were ordered for stock (so it seems), but I doubt the dealership ordered that color (whatever it is) for stock as it is appears close to GT Silver.

Selling prices on the GT Cars are steadily falling due to the number built and those currently available. Nearly 4 months ago, you’d have difficulty locating a GT2RS for <550k, now, many are hovering around $425k with a few in the $375k range.

As long as folks continue to pay those idiotic prices Porsche will continue to charge them.
Soon, someone is going to get caught holding the bag.

dont understand why would anyone buy GT2 RS instead of Ferrari 488 GTB.

RS is just a bunch of carbonfiber and boasted engine.

GT3 is the highest spec you need to go at Porsche

If you want more, just go for Ferrari or Lambo.

Most ppl think Ferrari 488 GTB looks way better.

I just dont see that much difference between GT3 and GT2RS to warrant 2x price. It's the same form and chasis and a lot of Shenanigans like porsche "sticker" on front hood.

There is, however, a dramatic difference between GT3 and 488 GTB that anyone can tell.

Not sure what it is, but something tells me the idiots buying 2RS's aren't quite as dumb as you think.
