This should be Black from the factory on GTS cars with the SC to match the ]dash gauges, and it is not even an option other than buying the SC from a GT car at around $650.
In addition to painting the trim ring Black I just wrapped the inner section Miami Blue to match the trim rings on my dash gauges, which I just did recently:
